Brian Hannan began his financial career on the floor, of the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) for Lind-Waldock in 1993. In 1996, Mr. Hannan went on to become Director of Operations and started the foreign exchange spot and options clearing division of Midland, which generated daily volumes in excess of $100 million in trades.
Mr. Hannan was the Manager of a U.S. Fund of Funds Hedge fund for Rothschild Solomon, that focused on International arbitrage trading investments.
In 2001, he founded Web Monopoly, an internet marketing agency and Ad platform specializing in customer acquisitions and traffic for the entertainment and Media industry, which he still currently owns.
In 2008, Mr. Hannan co-founded the investment banking firm, Agra Capital Advisors. Mr. Hannan has serviced small and middle market clients, on a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, institutional debt & private equity investments, mezzanine financings and public company offerings. Mr. Hannan has been on the forefront of Patent lending since 2010.
