Brian Hannan

Brian Hannan began his financial career on the floor, of the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) for Lind-Waldock in 1993.

In 1996, Mr. Hannan went on to become Director of Operations and started the foreign exchange spot and options clearing division of Midland, which generated daily volumes in excess of $100 million in trades.

Mr. Hannan was the Manager of a U.S. Fund of Funds Hedge fund for Rothschild Solomon, that focused on International arbitrage trading investments.

In 2001, he founded Web Monopoly, an internet marketing agency and Ad platform specializing in customer acquisitions and traffic for the entertainment and Media industry, which he still currently owns.

Jeff is the Co-Founding Partner of AGRA Capital Advisors, a boutique middle-market investment banking advisory group.

As the primary transactional banker, Jeff will have closed over $500MM in transactions over the last three years, primarily in health care, energy and technology, and typically ranging in size from $5MM to $30MM, though AGRA is co-advising on several transactions in the $200M to $500M+ range for a specific energy client. AGRA performs the entire range of corporate finance advisory services, including buy and sell side M&A, private placements, IPO's, follow-on and secondary offerings and fairness opinions.

Jeff began his career in corporate finance as a Financial Analyst and Associate in Smith Barney's M&A Group, primary team member on transactions ranging from a $20MM leveraged buyout of an educational company, to an $80MM hostile defence of a retail fabric store chain to multiple $100M+ private M&A transactions in the health care,....
